Another interesting thing happened today, courtesy of Instagram, and now I have yet another fun label to attach to myself. It’s a weird one. Just roll with it.
A few months ago, before I fully committed to freelancing, I interviewed for a job that I really wanted. I would be able to work from home, the hours were flexible, and I’m very familiar with their audience demographics. Basically, it was perfect. I made it to the second/last round of interviews and lost my freaking marbles waiting to hear the decision.

I read this book called The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life by Mark Manson a few months ago. It changed my life. There wasn’t anything particularly groundbreaking in it. The basis was, decide what you care about and f*ck the rest. Duh, right? That’s rarely what we actually do, though.
